Financial Care Specialist

Lisa May is our Oconee County Financial Care Specialist. She joined Ripple of One in September of 2022, having been a Ripple of One Mentor and donor prior to joining on staff.

As the Oconee County Financial Care Specialist, Lisa meets with all of our Oconee Participants and serves as their Financial Coach for their first 90 days.  During this time each participant learns to budget and receives an incentive when they make budget.  After 90 days, the participant will be matched with a Volunteer Financial Coach who will continue the financial journey with the participant.  Lisa “manages” the  Volunteer Oconee Financial Coaches and helps lend support as needed.  

Lisa worked for Procter and Gamble in Sales and Marketing for 13 years.  She and her husband, Bruce, raised three children.
