Jay Yarbrough

Director of Operations

Jay Yarbrough is the Director of Operations at Ripple of One and our resale store, where he combines his passion for helping others with his talent for problem-solving. His journey with Ripple of One began as a financial care manager in Pickens, where he worked directly with individuals striving for financial independence. His dedication and leadership quickly led him to his current role, where he oversees operations and ensures the organization continues to make a meaningful impact in the community.  

Growing up in a military home, Jay’s family lived in various places before settling in Virginia. He attended Presbyterian College, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership and service. In 2017, he returned to South Carolina to put down permanent roots.  

A devoted husband and father, Jay finds joy in spending time on the water, traveling to national parks, and coaching his son’s baseball team. Whether at work or in his personal life, he is committed to uplifting and supporting those around him.
