Dreama began her journey with Ripple as a volunteer while working as a Manager at SunTrust Bank 12 years ago. As Ripple of One continued to grow and add staff, Dreama became one of the first two employees of the organization. In her current role, she manages the staff and oversees the development of the program side of Ripple of One. 

Dreama takes great joy in being part of an organization committed to breaking generational cycles of poverty. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their past. As a young mother who navigated the challenges of poverty firsthand, she understands the importance of holistic support and the transformative power of self-worth. Dreama loves working with a passionate team dedicated to equipping individuals with the tools and support they need to build brighter futures, believing that one's past does not define their potential. They strive to create a safe and empowering environment where individuals can discover their strengths, heal from past experiences, and create a roadmap to a fulfilling life. 

When not working, Dreama enjoys spending time with her family. She is blessed with three children and two grandchildren.
