I thrive on making a difference in the life of others and I am always eager to meet children and youth where they are, joining them on their journey together successfully reaching what's next. 

Being a pillar in the community is very important to me. In addition to my role at Ripple of One, here are a few things about me that define my acts in the community.

I am the CEO & Founder of Phenomenal Women of A New Generation Inc.and because of how it served the local communities, I was selected to become a member of the National Association of Professional Women. 

I am a S.C Notary Republic who was nominated and selected for the UpState's Black History Maker, February of 2012 by 107.3 JAMZ. In 2014 P.W.O.A.N.G. Inc. received the Dream Chaser Award from Carolina Girls Rock, in the same year, the organization received a Recognition of Excellence for Empowering Women in The Community from the The Women's Empowerment Organization. In March of 2014, the organization would go to receive a personal invitation from Latimna Burelle, who would have a SPECIAL GUEST , Empowering Women and Youth Groups across  the UpState. Pop Star Janelle Monae personally welcomed the members of the organizations, did a Q & A, provided memorabilia and took photos as if she  were a member. In May of 2023, The Clemson Rotary Club acknowledged P.W.O.A.N.G  for Serving The Community and Dedication To Improving Lives.

When I am not at work I am with my beautiful family whom I love, value and adore.

When her schedule allows, traveling is at the top of her list. So far, she has visited Zimbabwe, Canada, Mozambique, Cuba, Botswana, Germany, Zambia, Poland, Namibia, South Africa, France, and the Bahamas. Countries that remain on her bucket list are Portugal, Switzerland, Japan, and New Zealand. Last but certainly not least, as a Getty Images contributor, Zephorah captures and shares meaningful visual stories that reflect the same creative vision she brings to her professional mission every day.
