Director of Community Involvement
Megan Sanders created The Well which is a monthly event where Ripple participants are motivated, challenged, and empowered to reach for their dreams. They also use this time to come together and share their challenges and triumphs. She also developed our SPLASH program where a group of people in the community can "adopt" a Ripple participant and become their an extended family, or SPLASH team. The group then becomes connected to the Ripple family through monthly update and prayer requests from the parent.
Megan began her career in the culinary world. During her time as a chef she acquired event planning and management skills.
