Julia Schaefer, Ripple of One's Pickens Care Manager,  worked with us for 10 years at Jocassee Real Estate and she left to come work as the Financial Freedom Manager 4 years ago.  I thought at the time, that would be the perfect job for me.  While reading the Ripple of One newsletter I saw the " Now Hiring for the financial literacy program" and I thought that it's just meant to be.  We had just become empty nesters and I was ready to spend my days helping the participants manage and direct their spending.
